About Michael
Michael is an experienced general manager with over 18 years
experience in the service industry, with responsibility for 650 staff across a
broad geographical area.
He is skilled in bringing teams of people together, to engage with them and
improve business performance. He has helped to turn around two large
businesses (over 150 staff, and multi-million dollar turnovers) from poor
performance to exceeding industry averages over a twelve month period.
Since that time he has worked with a large variety of small to
